The Tilting Bratt Pan V-Eco Series is the most versatile piece of cooking equipment in the Apollo Virtuonox range. Its large, flat-bottomed vessel handles wet and dry cooking with equal efficiency — replacing dedicated fryers, griddles, stock pots and braising pans with a single multifunctional unit that saves both space and capital expenditure.

The V-Eco series is optimised for energy efficiency while maintaining precise temperature control throughout all cooking modes. A secure locking system ensures the pan cannot tilt accidentally during cooking, while overheat protection and automatic shut-off provide an additional layer of safety for continuous commercial use.

Available in multiple capacity configurations for gas or electric heating, the V-Eco Bratt Pan is manufactured to order at our Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad facility with pan-India delivery and installation.
