The V-Aristo Tilting Bratt Pan replaces a bank of specialist cooking equipment with a single, supremely versatile unit. The large Duomat cooking surface provides superior heat distribution for consistent frying and grilling at temperatures up to 290°C, while the deep vessel can be filled to boil, braise or steam large quantities in the same unit.
Low-pressure tubular burners with Piezo ignition deliver reliable, consistent flame performance in gas models. The motorized tilting system replaces manual effort with precise electro-mechanical angle control — at the press of a button, the V-Aristo tips its contents smoothly into the receiving vessel, eliminating the strain and spillage risk of manual discharge.
Available in gas and electric configurations across 80L, 120L and 150L capacities, the V-Aristo is custom-built at our Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad manufacturing facility with pan-India delivery and installation.

Six Cooking Modes in One Unit

Dry Frying
The large flat Duomat surface reaches up to 290°C — ideal for searing proteins, stir-frying vegetables and large-batch pan-frying with uniform browning across the entire surface.
Grilling
Precision 100°C–290°C temperature range delivers perfect grill marks and deep searing for meats and vegetables — consistent results across every batch.
Boiling
Fill the vessel with liquid and use the V-Aristo as a high-volume boiling pan — stocks, soups, pasta and rice at commercial scale without needing a separate unit.
Braising
Combine dry and wet cooking in the same vessel — sear on the flat base then add liquid, cover and braise to tender. Ideal for high-volume meat and vegetable dishes.
Simmering
Low-end temperature precision allows delicate simmering of sauces, reductions and curries — without scorching or uneven heat that causes quality inconsistency.
Steaming
Add a small amount of water to the sealed vessel and steam vegetables, fish and proteins in batches — preserving nutrients and achieving consistent texture.
