How to Use the Tilting Boiling Pan

5. Precise Temperature & Pressure Control

Jacket pressure control uses a safety valve calibrated at 0.5 bar, a steam release valve, and a pressure gauge (Tilting Steam Jacketed Kettle version).
External valve allows manual evacuation of excess air accumulated in the jacket during heating.
A safety thermostat protects against low water levels, and a safety valve prevents overpressure of the steam in the jacket.

Direct & Indirect Gas Versions

Heated by high-efficiency stainless steel  tubular burners.
Tap with the safety valve and thermocouple (Direct gas version only).
The front drainage tap is made of chromium-plated brass with a heat-resistant handle.

Indirect Electric with Jacket

Heating via Incoloy water heating elements with an adjustable temperature regulator.
A safety thermostat with a heating block ensures adequate temperature and water level.
Control of water level in the jacket via maximum/minimum taps with an optional automatic water-filling system.
The operating pressure gauge and safety valve are calibrated at 0.5 bar with a steam relief valve.
Standard power supply: 400V-3N-50Hz.
