CONSTRUCTION
- Kettle made from AISI 304 stainless steel 2 mm & base plate of the pan is constructed in AISI 304 quality stainless steel 3 mm.
- Gas Direct heating with G-Series Burner ignited with Pilot Burner.
- Electric Indirect Heating with Water Heater having thermostatic temperature control and Steam Release Safety Valve.
- Available in Direct Gas, Indirect Gas & Indirect Electrical Heating Models.
- Manual Worm Gear Tilting, Electrical Tilting mechanism is optional.
