CONSTRUCTION
- Kettle made from AISI 304 stainless steel 2 mm & base plate of the pan is constructed in AISI 304 quality stainless steel 3 mm.
- Gas Direct heating with G-Series Burner ignited with Pilot Burner.
- Electric Indirect Heating with Water Heater having thermostatic temperature control and Steam Release Safety Valve.
- Indirect gas heating with stainless steel burners with stabilized flame.
- Tank with jacket in Indirect Electric & Indirect Gas versions.
- Pressure in the water-filled jacket is visible on a pressure gauge
- Manual water filling, automatic water refilling is optional.
- Front drainage tap in stainless steel with heat-resistant handle
